Welcome to Club Cystic Fibrosis

The Boomer Esiason Foundation's Club CF is an online “club” for individuals with CF of various ages who are LIVING, BREATHING and SUCCEEDING, and for caregivers who are the true warriors in their support and fight against CF.

CLUB CF features individuals with CF who are an inspiration to the CF community.

If you are one of the many people LIVING, BREATHING and SUCCEEDING with CF, share your story and show the CF community what you have done!

All applicants will receive a CLUB CF t-shirt and a Logitech headphone for submitting their story.
